Rules and Regulations	Many of these rules are outdated or obsolete, but as far as I know, they are the last rules properly approved and published by the Board of Directors.  The rules regarding construction hours were changed a few years ago, but I don't have them at this time.   Please consult with the Property Manager.  There are also new rules for reserving the Party Room.  New pool and sundeck rules were implemented effective Sept. 2008.  The pool rules are posted near the entrance to the pool. (121k)
Insurance Requirement Rule	This rule was implemented in 2003 to require all owners to maintain at least $500,000 liability insurance coverage on their units.  (31k)
Service Request Form	This is the same form you can get from the doorman to request Maintenance service in your unit (such as leaky faucets, torn screens, etc.) or in the common elements (such as hallway lightbulb replacement, dirty hallway carpeting, smoke alarm battery, etc.)  You can print this form out, fill it out, and give it to the doorman.  Note: Renters must request their unit owner to authorize any service request in their units.

$50 City Rebate	Annual sewer rebate for Chicago condominium owners aged 65 or older living in their units. The form has instructions for applying through the Alderman's office. Beginning 2012, you must reapply for the rebate even ifyou previously applied for and received it.  The deadline for applying for each year's rebate is July 30th. (81k)
